The Standard mobile jaw crushers feature the kinematic pattern of the jaw crusher with a complex movement of the moving jaw
The main characteristic of The Standard jaw crushers is the patented HRM system which ensures the release of uncrushable objects up to 400 mm in size, with an adjustable crushing gap from 20 to 250 mm.
The HRM system which ensures the release of uncrushable objects up to 500 mm in size, with a minimum crushing gap of 100 mm, may be installed optionally.
For The Standard crushers with a receiving opening of 1,160 x 760 mm, a mineral lump (crushable) with a maximum length of 1,100 mm and a maximum thickness of 700 mm can be fed.
The technical solution embodied in this model of jaw crusher makes it possible to avoid downtime when the uncrushable material gets into the crushing chamber, which is a common situation when conventional jaw crushers are used.
This gained experience made it possible to implement the design concept of upward positioning of the toggle plate and to integrate the HRM (hydraulic release mechanism) patented in 2009 in the jaw crushers.
The engineering developments embodied in The Standard crushers allow their successful operation in processing of various smelter slags at the plants of Thissen Krupp Services, Harsco Metals, Cronimet USA, Steelage Cz, Erich Friedrich Germany, Destro Cz, Darlow Lloyd UK (TATA Steel UK), Port Talbot UK, Kazchrome.
In 2021, the first mobile jaw crusher was launched in Russia at Akkermann Cement LLC (South Ural Mining and Processing Company – slags of Ural Steel OJSC) as part of the crushing and screening unit
